Kolektif House Baku, the brand's first location outside Türkiye, is situated within a historic building in one of Baku's busiest and most vibrant urban districts. Spanning approximately 2,800 m², the project preserves the character of the existing structure while adapting Kolektif House's contemporary workplace culture to a new context. Coworking areas, enterprise offices, meeting rooms, shared work and social spaces, and event venues come together within the same building.
The spatial qualities of the historic structure are considered alongside new functions that respond to contemporary ways of working, establishing a balanced relationship between the building's architectural identity and current workplace needs. Shared spaces and work areas of different scales allow users to move naturally between individual work, collaboration, meetings, and social interaction throughout the day. As Kolektif House's first international location, Baku translates the brand's coworking culture into a new city and cultural context.
